Our articles explain general ideas and practical checks. Tools, prices and features change. Check the linked source and your own circumstances before acting. Examples labeled hypothetical or generated do not show a client result.

Conversations and paid work

The free initial conversation is scheduled, lasts up to 30 minutes and is available once per person or business. It does not create an ongoing support commitment. Read the consultation guidelines.

AI 101: Learning the Fundamentals costs $600 for five hours over one month for one person. Tools and subscriptions cost extra. We agree the session schedule and any cancellation or rescheduling terms before booking.

For custom work, our written agreement sets the deliverables, price, timing, responsibilities, approvals, provider costs and handoff. Website information alone does not purchase a service or confirm an appointment.

Accounts, ownership and results

You authorize the information and access you provide. Keep control of your accounts, passwords and payment details. We document ownership, provider terms and ongoing responsibilities in the project agreement.

We agree what we will build and how we will check it. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI recommendations, sales or error-free AI output.

Website features

Use the email or telephone links to arrange a conversation. When we offer an online booking link, complete the booking on Google and check its confirmation. Clicking a link on this website does not book a time, accept payment or start paid work.

External tools and websites operate under their own terms. Do not use this website to attempt unauthorized access, interrupt the service or submit information you do not have permission to share.

Separately enabled SMS programs

This website does not enroll you in SMS messaging. These existing program disclosures apply when messaging is separately enabled.

ETC Agent Messages

ETC Agent Messages provides user-requested automated notifications and two-way assistance when SMS messaging is separately enabled. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Messages may be reviewed, classified, summarized, forwarded, and used to help draft responses through automated or AI-assisted tools for ETC staff, subject to separately approved human-review and response-autonomy boundaries.

ETC Lead Call Center preregistration

ETC Lead Call Center is a planned customer-care and direct-follow-up SMS program for people who directly contact ETC or voluntarily opt in. It is not active or verified until a later release.
