When you browse

We do not run advertising trackers or sell personal information collected through this website.

Our hosting and delivery providers process technical request information to deliver pages and protect the service. This can include your IP address, browser information, requested address, time and security events. Cloudflare provides the website’s delivery and security layer. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Optional analytics

When we enable Google Analytics on the public website, we ask before loading it. Choosing “No thanks” leaves analytics off. You can change your choice through “Analytics preferences” in the footer when analytics is available. Review and preview pages never load it.

If you allow analytics, Google processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information. We count page visits and consultation, booking, email and phone link clicks. We leave message text, email addresses, phone numbers and URL query strings out of our event data. A link click does not tell us that you booked a consultation or became a client.

We store your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. If you allow analytics, Google may set analytics cookies. Withdrawing permission disables analytics, clears the analytics cookies this website can access and reloads the page. It does not erase information Google already received. Read Google’s privacy policy.

When analytics is not enabled, this website does not show the choice panel or send analytics events.

Arranging a conversation

Use the email or telephone links on our contact page. When an online booking link is available, it opens our Google booking page. Google processes the details you enter there under its own terms. We do not load a booking embed while you browse this website. Following a booking link alone does not confirm an appointment.

When you email or call

We receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and description of the work. We use it to reply, arrange a conversation and manage work you request. Email and telephone providers process those communications under their own terms.

Share only what we need to understand the question. Keep passwords, payment details, recovery codes and confidential client or customer records out of an initial message.

Online contact form

When online contact is available, we use your name, email address, message and optional phone number and business name to respond to your request. Cloudflare Turnstile processes bot-verification and technical signals, including your IP address, to protect the form. Resend processes the message and contact details to deliver email to ETC and, after that notification is accepted, attempt a fixed acknowledgment to the email address you submit. We do not sell these submissions or use them for marketing without separate permission.

Typed drafts stay in page memory, not browser storage. The website does not write submissions to a database or application logs. Short-lived hashed rate-limit and duplicate-request records remain in server memory; our mail providers and ETC correspondence may retain messages for handling your request and applicable obligations. Provider acceptance does not prove inbox arrival. If sending fails, email or call us directly. Do not submit confidential records or secrets.

Paid services and other websites

If a project involves customer information, AI tools, account access or other providers, we agree the information handling and responsibilities for that work separately. This website does not send an inquiry to an AI provider.

Following an external link takes you to another service. That service’s privacy policy applies there.

Your questions and requests

Email howdy@etconsultant.com to ask what information we hold about your correspondence or to request a correction or deletion. We may need to confirm your identity. Records needed for an active engagement, accounting or legal obligations may require retention.

We update this page when the website’s information practices change.

This website does not enroll you in SMS messaging. These existing program disclosures apply when messaging is separately enabled.

ETC Agent Messages

When you request or consent to ETC Agent Messages, we may use your mobile number, consent record, message content, and operational metadata only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service.

Automated or AI-assisted systems may review, classify, summarize, forward, and help draft responses to messages for ETC staff. This does not mean messages are handled without human involvement, and no autonomous-response scope is promised by this policy.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data or consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to operate, secure, and support ETC Agent Messages.

ETC Lead Call Center preregistration

ETC Lead Call Center is a planned customer-care and direct-follow-up SMS program for people who directly contact ETC or voluntarily opt in. It is not active or verified until a later release.

Mobile information and SMS consent for this program are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Limited service providers may process them only to deliver, secure, or support the program, and opt-in consent is not transferred.
